Quality management software for manufacturers: catch problems before they reach a customer.

A quality problem gets more expensive the further it travels. A bad lot caught at the dock costs a return; caught at a customer, it costs a recall and the relationship. The quality block locks suspect stock the moment it is flagged, so it cannot be picked, issued or shipped until someone signs it off.

The problem

How bad lots reach customers

Holds live on a sticky note

A suspect pallet is “set aside”, then picked by a night shift that never heard about it.

Deliveries skip inspection

Supplier material goes straight to stock, and the defect shows up halfway through a production run.

Non-conformances never close

The issue is logged, the fix is discussed, and three months later it happens again.

CoAs are built by hand

Someone copies test results into a document template for every shipment.

How it works7 steps

From inspection to release

  1. 1

    Receive and inspect

Sample the delivery against its spec.

  2. 2

    Hold or pass

Failed or suspect stock is locked.

  3. 3

    Log the non-conformance

What failed, which lot, how much.

  4. 4

    Find the root cause

    With a named owner.

  5. 5

    Corrective and preventive action

Tracked against due dates until closed.

  6. 6

    Release or reject

Signed off — stock is unlocked, scrapped or returned.

  7. 7

    Issue the CoA

Per lot, from the results already recorded.

What's in it4 capabilities

Quality control tied to the stock it protects

QC hold

Block stock from being picked or used until it passes inspection.

Incoming inspection

Inspect supplier deliveries against the spec before they enter stock.

Non-conformance & CAPA

Log the problem, find the cause, track the fix to closure.

Certificate of analysis

Issue a CoA per lot from the test results you recorded.

In numbers

Worked example: a failed incoming inspection

Illustrative. The point is the order of events: the hold happens before anyone can use the material, not after.

FAQ

Quality in Brandhubify ERP: common questions

What is CAPA in quality management?

CAPA (corrective and preventive action) is the process of finding the root cause of a quality problem, fixing it, and changing the process so it does not happen again — tracked until it is closed.

What is a certificate of analysis?

A certificate of analysis (CoA) is a document issued per lot that shows the test results for that lot against its specification. Customers often require one with each delivery.

Does Brandhubify ERP certify ISO 9001 compliance?

No software makes a company ISO 9001 certified — certification comes from an accredited auditor. Brandhubify ERP keeps the records an audit asks for: inspections, non-conformances and CAPA.

Can stock on QC hold still be shipped by mistake?

No. Stock on QC hold is blocked from picking, issuing to production and shipping until it is released by someone with the authority to do so.
